Shipping estimated time（3-7 days for processing)
* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. We’re improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
* For Vietnam：Canceling items might affect your order’s eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.
If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 90 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 60 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page (Turkey, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, East Timor, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Macau, Maldives, Myanmar, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Guam require contacting within 30 days).
For orders sent to Honduras, please note: You must be of legal age (+18 years), must have RTN (Tax id) to clear the shipment once it arrives to Honduras. Your shipments will be held by the Honduran customs for their respective process of release and payment of duties and taxes (Additional cost will be associated).
